"18 months ago Grosvenor launched a significant investment into digital infrastructure across our 300 acre London estate. A key aspect of this was the delivery of full fibre to homes and businesses, to offer our residents and occupiers access to affordable and competitive ultrafast fibre broadband. Something our estate was in desperate need of. Our London estate is nearly 400 years old, almost entirely within conservation areas and contains a high proportion of listed buildings.
In addition, Grosvenor desire to offer outstanding service to our customers, we go out of our way to ensure customers have a good experience, whether that is living, working or visiting our estate. Installation of fibre was going to be difficult and would require thorough planning, extensive consultation and careful, considerate installation. I must say that Jim and his team at jtec have excelled at this. It is testament to his diligence and care that our first scheme was successfully completed without a single complaint.
Jim had formed such good relationships with the retailers in particular that take up of the service hit near 50% within the first 6 months.
